Delete your MyInstaWeb data.

Two ways to remove everything we have about you, permanently and completely. We respond to every request within 7 days.

Self-serve (instant)

Delete your account directly from your dashboard. Takes effect immediately.

  1. Sign in at app.myinstaweb.com/login
  2. Go to Account → scroll to Danger zone
  3. Click Delete, type delete to confirm

Email us

If you can’t sign in (lost email access, IG disconnected), email us from any address you can prove ownership of.

Subject: Data deletion request

Body: Your registered email address (or Instagram handle, if you signed up via Instagram) and any context that helps us locate your account.

What we delete

  • Your account record (auth user, profile, email)
  • Every site you’ve created (drafts, ready, published)
  • Every photo you’ve uploaded or imported from Instagram (originals + processed copies)
  • Generated open-graph images and any cached AI design output
  • Your Instagram OAuth tokens (we revoke our copy immediately; you can also revoke from Instagram’s app access settings)
  • Any waitlist email and feature-interest records keyed to you

Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 30 days as a routine part of operations, after which they are overwritten. We do not recover from these backups for any purpose other than disaster recovery.

A few things to know

  • Deletion is permanent. Your published URL returns 404 within minutes; sites cannot be recovered.
  • Email requests are responded to within 7 days. We may verify ownership before processing.
  • Self-serve deletion does not require any wait time.
  • If you only want to disconnect Instagram (and keep your account), open your site editor and click the “Disconnect Instagram” option on the Instagram card.
